Life at Atlantsson

Serious work, sane pace

We build systems that large organizations depend on — and we do it without heroics, drama, or performative busyness. Here is what that actually looks like.

How work happens

Delivery rhythm, not desk presence

Most teams work hybrid — two or three days a week together, the rest wherever focus comes easiest. Remote colleagues fly in for quarterly team weeks and project kick-offs; everything in between is designed to be asynchronous-first.

Client on-site days are planned in advance, never sprung on you. And when a program plan requires heroics to survive, we treat that as a planning failure — not a culture.

Every engineer and consultant works with frontier AI tooling as a daily instrument. We use the technology we sell, and we expect you to build real fluency with it.

What we believe

The values we actually use

Not poster values — the ones that decide arguments, promotions, and what ships.

Craft over theater

We'd rather ship one system that works than present ten slides that don't. Substance wins arguments here.

Honesty as a service

We tell clients the truth about their landscape, and we tell each other the truth about our work. Kindly, directly, always.

Sustainable ambition

Global ambitions, human pace. Heroics are a planning failure, not a culture — we build teams that run calmly.

Intelligence everywhere

We use the technology we sell. Every role at Atlantsson works with frontier AI tooling as a daily instrument.

Voices from the team

In their own words

The bar here is high, but it's high everywhere — in the code, in how we treat clients, and in how we treat each other.

Elin Sandberg

Principal ServiceNow Architect · Stockholm

I get to ship AI systems that real organizations depend on, with colleagues who review my work because they care that it's good.

Jonas Meyer

Enterprise AI Engineer · Berlin

We're honest with clients even when it's uncomfortable. That's rarer in consulting than it should be, and it's why people stay.

Sofia Lindqvist

Delivery Lead · Copenhagen

Quarterly team weeks are the best of both worlds — deep remote focus most of the time, real human connection when it counts.

Tom Verhoeven

Cloud Platform Engineer · Amsterdam

See open positions

Learning that compounds

A personal development budget, paid certification paths, and dedicated learning time. Your growth is part of the delivery plan, not squeezed around it.

Flexibility by default

Hybrid and remote models built around delivery, not presence. We measure outcomes, and we plan on-site time in advance.

Six weeks of vacation

Six weeks of paid vacation plus local public holidays. Rest is infrastructure — we protect it.
