Delivery Lead, Automation Programs

Overview

As Delivery Lead for our Benelux automation programs you will own delivery outcomes across several concurrent engagements: leading delivery managers and consultants, keeping quality and margin healthy, and being the senior escalation point clients actually want to call. This is a leadership role for someone who builds teams that run well without heroics.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes across a portfolio of automation and AI engagements
• Lead and develop a team of project managers and consultants
• Establish delivery standards, rituals, and honest reporting culture
• Manage senior client relationships and commercial health of engagements
• Partner with sales on scoping and shaping new programs responsibly

Requirements

• 7+ years in technical delivery, with 3+ leading multiple teams or programs
• Consulting or professional services delivery background
• Strong commercial acumen (P&L exposure, contract mechanics)
• Enough technical fluency to keep architecture conversations honest
• Fluent English; Dutch is a strong plus

Preferred qualifications

• Automation, integration, or AI program delivery experience
• Experience growing delivery teams through hiring
• Agile-at-scale experience

Nice to have

• Prior hands-on engineering background
• Experience with nearshore/distributed delivery models
• Benelux market network

Working model

Hybrid — typically two to three days per week in the office with your team, the rest wherever you work best. Client on-site visits are planned in advance and never a surprise.
