Technical Consultant

Overview

Technical Consultants at Atlantsson are the connective tissue of our engagements: technical enough to configure platforms and read an API spec, consultative enough to run a workshop and untangle what a client actually needs. You will work across our ServiceNow and AI engagements in Denmark, growing toward specialization in the direction you choose.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops and translate business needs into clear requirements
• Configure enterprise platforms and validate solutions with client teams
• Write functional designs, test plans, and enablement material
• Support delivery leads with planning, estimation, and stakeholder communication
• Build demos and proofs-of-concept that make abstract solutions tangible

Requirements

• 2+ years in technical consulting, business analysis, or platform configuration
• Ability to read and reason about technical designs, APIs, and data models
• Excellent workshop facilitation and documentation skills
• Fluent English and Danish
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to build real fluency with it

Preferred qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA or product line)
• Experience in agile delivery
• Process mapping expertise (BPMN or similar)

Nice to have

• Scripting ability (JavaScript or Python)
• Prescriptive frameworks experience (ITIL 4)
• Prior client-side experience in IT organizations

Working model

Hybrid — typically two to three days per week in the office with your team, the rest wherever you work best. Client on-site visits are planned in advance and never a surprise.
