Enterprise Architect

Overview

Atlantsson's Enterprise Architecture practice helps clients see their landscape clearly — systems, data, processes, and the political reality in between — and then charts a pragmatic path to a modern, AI-enabled operating model. As an Enterprise Architect you will lead architecture engagements for major Nordic enterprises, producing target architectures and roadmaps that delivery teams can actually execute.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state assessments across applications, integrations, and data flows
• Design target architectures and phased transformation roadmaps
• Facilitate architecture decision-making with C-level and domain stakeholders
• Establish architecture governance that enables delivery rather than blocking it
• Partner with our AI and platform teams to embed intelligence into the target operating model

Requirements

• 8+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles
• Track record of leading architecture workstreams in large transformation programs
• Strong grasp of integration patterns, data architecture, and cloud platforms
• Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent, pragmatically applied)
• Fluent English; Danish is a plus

Preferred qualifications

• Consulting background or client-facing delivery leadership
• Experience with ServiceNow, SAP, or Salesforce estate architecture
• Familiarity with AI/ML system architecture and governance

Nice to have

• TOGAF, Zachman, or ArchiMate certification
• Experience in regulated industries (banking, healthcare, public sector)
• M&A or post-merger integration architecture experience

Working model

Hybrid — typically two to three days per week in the office with your team, the rest wherever you work best. Client on-site visits are planned in advance and never a surprise.
