Solution Architect

Overview

As a Principal Solution Architect in London you will be the senior technical voice on flagship engagements: shaping solutions that span AI services, enterprise platforms, and custom engineering. You will lead multi-workstream technical delivery, make the calls that keep programs coherent, and represent Atlantsson's technical standards at the executive table.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture on flagship client programs
• Lead technical discovery and shape proposals with commercial teams
• Arbitrate design decisions across platform, AI, and engineering workstreams
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with client CTOs and architecture boards
• Raise the bar for architecture practice across the UK team

Requirements

• 10+ years in software/solution architecture, with delivery leadership on large programs
• Breadth across cloud platforms, integration, and modern application architecture
• Credible depth in at least one of: AI systems, ServiceNow, or data platforms
• Experience shaping and defending solution proposals commercially
• Fluent English and executive-level communication skills

Preferred qualifications

• Prior consulting leadership experience
• AI/LLM production architecture experience
• Security architecture background

Working model
