Principal Enterprise Architect

Overview

We are looking for a Principal Enterprise Architect to anchor our Norwegian practice: the senior advisor our clients' CIOs call before they make platform bets, and the person our own architects learn from. You will split your time between flagship advisory engagements, practice development, and shaping Atlantsson's point of view on the intelligent enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture advisory for executive stakeholders at major Norwegian enterprises
• Own and evolve Atlantsson's intelligent enterprise reference architecture
• Grow the Norwegian architecture team through hiring and mentorship
• Represent Atlantsson in public forums, publications, and client executive briefings
• Shape multi-year account strategies with commercial leadership

Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise architecture, with executive advisory experience
• Track record shaping large transformation portfolios
• Deep understanding of the Nordic enterprise landscape
• Demonstrated people leadership and practice building
• Fluent English and Norwegian

Preferred qualifications

• Consulting practice leadership experience
• Published thought leadership
• AI transformation program experience

• Board-level presentation experience
• Public sector framework agreement experience

Working model

Hybrid — typically two to three days per week in the office with your team, the rest wherever you work best. Client on-site visits are planned in advance and never a surprise.
