ServiceNow Developer

Overview

We are growing our Oslo delivery team. As a ServiceNow Developer you will build scoped applications, flows, and integrations for enterprise clients — with real code review, real standards, and architects who have your back. You will work across ITSM and custom app development, with a clear growth path toward technical leadership or architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop scoped applications, catalog items, flows, and UI components on the Now Platform
• Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, and MID Servers
• Participate in code reviews and uphold the practice's development standards
• Work with business analysts to turn requirements into clean technical designs
• Support upgrades, testing, and platform health for assigned clients

Requirements

• 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Solid JavaScript fundamentals and familiarity with Glide APIs
• Experience with Flow Designer and at least one integration project
• ServiceNow CSA certification (or ability to obtain within three months)
• Working proficiency in English; Norwegian strongly preferred for client work

Preferred qualifications

• CAD certification
• Experience with Service Portal or Next Experience (UI Builder)
• Exposure to ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping)

Nice to have

• Experience with automated testing (ATF)
• Interest in Now Assist and platform AI capabilities
• Experience in agile delivery teams

Working model

On-site with our client-facing delivery teams. You will be based in our local office with flexibility for focused work-from-home days when the delivery calendar allows.
