Integration Specialist

Overview

Integration is where transformation programs succeed or quietly die. As an Integration Specialist in Helsinki you will design and build the connections between enterprise platforms — ERP, ITSM, CRM, data platforms — using modern API-first patterns. You will work embedded with client teams, making yourself progressively unnecessary by building integrations their own teams can operate.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations across enterprise platforms and APIs
• Define canonical data models and integration contracts with client architects
• Build monitoring and alerting so integrations fail loudly, not silently
• Document integration landscapes and transfer knowledge to client teams
• Contribute to our reusable integration patterns and accelerators

Requirements

• 3+ years of integration development experience
• Strong REST API design skills and experience with at least one iPaaS or middleware platform
• Solid understanding of authentication patterns (OAuth2, certificates, managed identities)
• Experience with message-based and event-driven integration
• Working proficiency in English; Finnish strongly preferred

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub or SAP integration
• Familiarity with Azure Integration Services or MuleSoft
• Data transformation and mapping expertise

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI/LLM services into enterprise workflows
• GraphQL experience
• Certifications on any major integration platform

Working model

On-site with our client-facing delivery teams. You will be based in our local office with flexibility for focused work-from-home days when the delivery calendar allows.
