ServiceNow & automation initiatives
Enterprise AI Engineer
Build production AI systems — agentic workflows, retrieval pipelines, and LLM-powered automation — that run inside real enterprises, not slide decks.
Overview
Our Enterprise AI Engineering team ships AI systems that operate inside the guardrails large organizations actually require: governed data access, auditability, and measurable outcomes. As an Enterprise AI Engineer you will design and build LLM-powered services — from retrieval-augmented knowledge systems to agentic workflow automation — and integrate them with the enterprise platforms our clients run on. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who cares about what happens after the demo.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement LLM-powered services: RAG pipelines, structured extraction, and agentic workflows
- Integrate AI services with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, internal APIs)
- Build evaluation harnesses so model behavior is measured, not assumed
- Own services end-to-end: architecture, implementation, deployment, and observability
- Work directly with client teams to shape use cases worth funding
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience in Python and/or TypeScript
- Production experience with LLM APIs and frameworks (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar)
- Solid grasp of retrieval architectures, embeddings, and prompt/context design
- Experience shipping and operating cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Fluent English and comfort working directly with client stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with agent frameworks and tool-use patterns
- Familiarity with enterprise data governance and security requirements
- Experience with vector databases and hybrid search
Nice to have
- Contributions to open-source AI tooling
- Experience fine-tuning or evaluating open-weight models
- Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience
Benefits
- Competitive compensation with annual performance reviews
- Personal development budget and paid certification paths
- Flexible working hours built around delivery, not presence
- Top-tier hardware and a home-office equipment allowance
- Six weeks of paid vacation plus local public holidays
- Private health insurance and wellness allowance
Working model
Fully remote within the EU. We meet in person for quarterly team weeks and project kick-offs; everything else is designed to be asynchronous-first.
