ServiceNow QA / Test Engineer

Overview

Quality on the Now Platform is a discipline, not a phase. As our ServiceNow QA/Test Engineer you will own test strategy across client engagements: building ATF suites, designing release test processes, and making platform upgrades a non-event. You will work remotely across our Nordic delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Automated Test Framework (ATF) suites for client platforms
• Define test strategy and quality gates for releases and upgrades
• Run regression cycles and coordinate UAT with client teams
• Track and report quality metrics that teams actually act on
• Coach developers on testable design and test authorship

Requirements

• 3+ years in QA/test engineering, with at least 1 year on ServiceNow
• Hands-on ATF experience in production environments
• Understanding of ServiceNow release and upgrade mechanics
• Structured, evidence-driven approach to defect management
• Fluent English

Preferred qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA certification
• Experience with API-level test automation beyond ATF
• ISTQB or equivalent certification

Nice to have

• Scripting for test data generation
• Performance testing experience
• Experience testing AI-assisted features

Working model

Fully remote within the EU. We meet in person for quarterly team weeks and project kick-offs; everything else is designed to be asynchronous-first.
