Senior ServiceNow Architect

Overview

Atlantsson designs and delivers enterprise-scale ServiceNow programs for organizations modernizing how work flows through their business. As a Senior ServiceNow Architect you will own end-to-end platform architecture for two to three strategic clients, translating business ambition into governed, scalable platform design. You will work alongside enterprise architects, AI engineers, and delivery leads who take craft seriously — and you will shape how the platform practice itself matures.

Responsibilities

• Own platform architecture for strategic client engagements, from discovery through go-live and expansion
• Design CMDB, CSDM, and integration architectures that survive contact with real enterprise complexity
• Set technical governance: instance strategy, upgrade paths, scoped-app standards, and code review culture
• Lead architecture workshops with client executives and translate outcomes into delivery roadmaps
• Mentor developers and technical consultants across the ServiceNow practice
• Evaluate Now Platform AI capabilities and define where they create genuine operational leverage

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years in an architect role
• Deep knowledge of CSDM, CMDB design, and ITSM/ITOM product lines
• Proven integration experience (REST, MID Server, IntegrationHub) at enterprise scale
• ServiceNow CSA plus at least one CIS certification
• Fluent English; comfortable presenting architecture decisions to executive stakeholders

Preferred qualifications

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or actively working toward it
• Experience with HRSD, CSM, or SPM product lines
• Swedish or another Nordic language

Nice to have

• Experience with Now Assist and generative AI features on the platform
• Background in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
• Public speaking or community contributions (Knowledge, local meetups)

Working model
