Technical Project Manager

Overview

Our delivery programs combine platform implementation, custom engineering, and AI workstreams — and they need project managers who can hold both the plan and the technical conversation. As a Technical Project Manager you will run delivery for enterprise clients in Sweden, owning scope, risk, and the client relationship day to day.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run multi-workstream delivery programs from mobilization to handover
• Own delivery risk: surface it early, mitigate it honestly, escalate it without drama
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep delivery rhythm across distributed teams
• Manage scope and commercial change with transparency toward the client
• Report program status to executive steering groups

Requirements

• 5+ years managing technical delivery projects, ideally in consulting
• Enough technical depth to challenge estimates and understand dependencies
• Experience with agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Strong commercial awareness (budgets, change requests, margin)
• Fluent English and Swedish

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow or enterprise platform implementations
• PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification
• Experience with AI/data programs

Nice to have

• Prior hands-on technical background
• Experience with public-sector procurement
• Coaching or team-lead experience

Working model

Hybrid — typically two to three days per week in the office with your team, the rest wherever you work best. Client on-site visits are planned in advance and never a surprise.
