Frontend Engineer (React)

Overview

Enterprise software does not have to feel like enterprise software. As a Frontend Engineer you will build the interfaces through which client teams experience AI-powered workflows: dashboards, review queues, conversational surfaces, and internal products. We work in React, TypeScript, and modern Next.js, and we sweat interaction details because our clients' users deserve better than they are used to.

Responsibilities

• Build React/Next.js applications with TypeScript, from design system to deployment
• Translate product designs into accessible, responsive, high-craft interfaces
• Design frontend architectures for streaming AI interactions and real-time data
• Collaborate with backend and AI engineers on API contracts
• Champion accessibility and performance as defaults, not afterthoughts

Requirements

• 3+ years of frontend development with React and TypeScript
• Strong grasp of modern React patterns (server components, suspense, hooks)
• Experience with CSS architecture and design systems (Tailwind or similar)
• Portfolio of shipped work demonstrating craft and attention to detail
• Fluent English

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Next.js App Router in production
• Familiarity with streaming LLM UX patterns
• Experience with accessibility auditing (WCAG AA)

Nice to have

• Motion design sensibility (CSS animations, Framer Motion)
• Experience with data visualization
• Design tooling fluency (Figma)

Working model

Fully remote within the EU. We meet in person for quarterly team weeks and project kick-offs; everything else is designed to be asynchronous-first.
